Spartan 28 Fitness didn’t start as a business idea—it started with me
trying to save my own life.
A few years ago, I was dealing with serious health problems. I wasn’t
feeling like myself, and honestly, I knew deep down that if I didn’t do
something, things were going to get worse. So I joined a small local gym
called TWF.
It wasn’t a big commercial gym. It was family-owned, and the moment I
walked in, I felt something different. The coaches actually cared. The
atmosphere was real—no ego, no pressure—just people trying to better
themselves. I connected with that. I started showing up consistently,
following the workouts
I changed how I ate, how I trained, how I thought. And over time, things
started to shift—not just physically, but mentally too. I felt stronger, more
focused, more clear. People around me started noticing and asking what I
was doing. Some even started making changes themselves.
Spartan 28 Fitness started many years ago because of a medical reason.
I the coach Ron had to improve my way of life if I wanted to improve my living. I join a small gym called TWF. It was a Family-owned gym that really focus on the individual health and wellbeing.
I really got involved in getting to know all the coaches and the staff behind this great gym.
By being committed to all their programs and day to day workouts I had change the way I look at health for myself and others. With all the changes I made with my eating habits and putting in a great exercise routine, I made myself and others around me be a better person in life and beyond.
Today my mission is the help pay it forward for others to experience what I have developed to reach a higher level of self being.
